The Hypnotist’s Tracking Form is an all-inclusive form that allows for quick notes as valuable words, metaphors and strategies are revealed. It is an excellent quick reference for returning clients.
The Outcome Questions are for your practice and modifications. Remember, you can ask all of the questions in order or you can choose a different order or ask just one or two that lend insight during the discussion.
Also included is a scripted version of the Fork-in-the-Road Metaphor, and guidelines for Age Regression, TimeLine, parts work and the Empty Chair is often used for forgiveness work, but it can be adapted for a variety of uses.
